I'm not looking forward to my weigh in on friday. It will definitely be the first time that I've put on the pounds in 11 months! I'm guessing that a lot of my weight loss in the previous fortnight was actually fluid. Either way, I'm trying not to be distracted by my one year anniversary of Ketogenic dieting on the 3rd of July.
