newnormal Günlüğü, 17 Haz 16

Happy Friday! My coffee and I are greeting another beautiful, humid day in central Florida. My AC was still running when I got up and it was set to 78. This summer is gonna be awesome for my utility bills, I see.

Yesterday, forgot to eat again, realized it around 330. Had dinner about 530 when my stomach was grumbly but it didn't quite settle the "wants" so I had a cream cheese and red pepper snack, which still didn't quite settle it so I made 3 eggs. I need to remember to eat by noon. I do better. I think I still ate the same amount of food and it was all good for me but I don't like the unsettled feeling. It's different if I plan it that way (and I have) so it's the mental part of it that was weird. I actually wasn't HUNGRY after the taco salad and pepper but it was just...I don't know...unsettled, not really anxious, just weird.

Another good productive day at work on the horizon and my granddaughter apparently wants to come spend time with Grandma Kellie so I imagine I'll have her for a bit tomorrow. She's 3 and you know 3 talks NONSTOP...I love that kiddo but good Lord...there's a reason God gives babies to YOUNG women LOL. It's been a good week and I plan to have a good weekend also. I have to plan it out a little or it's going to slip past me...
