Naiomy Günlüğü, 03 Kas 11

OK since my official start date of October 25th, i've lost 7.4 lbs. Another .8 this morning. I hope to get a better scale this weekend.. because i'm pretty sure this one is giving me the wrong weight but since a lb is a lb.. i've been using it to track my progress... i already feel tons better in just those few little pounds lost.. doesn't seem as unattainable... i hope to be down 1.3 by friday.. that would be awesome :)

hey hey hey...7.4lbs is not a few little pounds(!)... thats really good and will defo show!!!!!!!!!!!!! well done you thats fantastic! keep it up and no doubt you will get to your goal weight before you know it!

@ kat thank you so much!!.. i was sooo down and depressed a couple weeks ago.. i got tired of crying and not fitting into my clothes.. i'm not there yet but i'm much closer!!
