I've been off site since Friday...but I've been on point with my eating and working out. I have been very busy with helping an elderly friend and meetings which seems to eat up time. However, I've been making a point to meditate in order to distress and get at least six to seven hours of sleep which is a new record for me (5 hours is my norm). I'm learning that in order to take care of others, one must be diligent in taking care of SELF (with no regrets). Be well everyone.
