Have gained all my weight back since starting to lose in 2007. Low-carb was good for awhile but eventually got the better of me as I no longer seemed to be able to lose weight at all. Thought I would now go back to the more reliable calorie counting, but still have some high calorie low-carb habits. Still don't want to be hungry, still want my one glass of red wine a day. Any help and support would be welcome!

As long as it fits in your daily calories - I don't see an issue with one glass of wine a day. It's good for your heart. Life throws you curve balls - you just do your best and keep on going. You can do this!
