Big change of plans: I'm worried about eating high-carb food when we're camping and causing a bout of IBS. I also don't want to disappoint Vi, who is preparing the food. I've decided to stop fasting, OMAD, and LCHF for now and start again on Tuesday, 9/20. I know, I should just learn to work around life's events, but IBS really is a problem, and eating rich, sugary foods while I'm low carb is very dangerous.
UPDATE 1/30/17: I ate the high carb food, but I didn't go back on keto until just a week ago. :-( I fell into black-and-white thinking: why eat LCHF now when I'll probably be tempted by all of sorts of tasty food-like substances over Halloween, Thanksgiving,and Christmas?

I support you in this decision. Don't eat half a pan of rice krispy bars, though.
