Instant Awakening Part 14

I’ve been talking a lot about this
Instant mediation,
where there is peace & serenity.

I just want to say that this is not uncommon,
in fact everyone does it. :)

In an elevator when we blank out our mind,
waiting for our ‘floor’, or
When we sigh in relief
as we lean back & relax after a long hard day,
or in a hot bath or hot tub,
or taking a drink, starting a good meal when hungry,
or relaxing with a loved one or best friend.

I’m suggesting that since we all know this,
that we can train ourselves to got to this place in our mind,
any time, instantly.

and that we practice this often, every day,
so that we can go even deeper into this
Peace and Serenity,
any time, instantly.

and we can learn to go to this peace & serenity
in the midst of pain, anger, hurt or fear.

I know it’s true,
we CAN do this,
any of us can.
