Got my morning walk in. It was HARD getting started this morning. I very much wanted another snooze. I managed a 17 minute mile! YA-HOOOO! Within the last 3 weeks I've shaved about 5 mins off my 1 mile walk.
I'll probably do a weigh-in on Friday before I leave for my splurge weekend. And do my official weigh-in on Monday when I come back. To see how much work I've gotta get in next week. I'm feeling pretty good even with my TOM weigh-in road block.
A co-worker is "half-heartedly" doing LCHF and managing some pretty good weight loss. Honestly I think just cutting out her daily Monster probably has a lot to do with it. But, hey, whatever works. She's looking and feeling better. And I have been too. I finally got a new pair of jeans, and they are looking MUCH better. I might have to take another "ass-pic" to show the progress! LOLz.
What you do today, can improve all your tomorrows.
