Having a really rough day today… work at the moment is going really badly and just feel so down and dead beat which is not like me at all. I think the last 2 days I have been doing ok… apart from my Twix today at lunch but have counted it in my daily intake. I think I am just tired and run down and need of a break… but as they say no rest for the wicked.. I also don’t have any holiday left that I can take!
but its effecting my own business as all I want to do is go home at the end of every night and try and relax but cant as either a) waiting with my boyfriend to start work so not getting home till 9/10pm every night or b) supposed to be chasing things for our new business and I am not doing anything at the moment… just feeling down and dreary! There is always somewhere I am supposed to be going or something I am supposed to be doing.. boo hoo poor me…! Lol! Its all a bit of a joke! I just need to get on with things and man up…

Sorry to hear you're having a rough time. Whenever I start to feel down, I found that listing and appreciating all my many blessings helps me to feel better. A grateful heart makes my bad moods disappear! Hope you are feeling better today. Keep your head up!
