I can't wait until my Power 90 exercise DVD comes in. I've been trying to find some online aerobics until it comes in, but really haven't had any luck so far.

I've been doing really well so far on sticking to my diet - except for when one of my clients mercilessly made me a whole plate of different types of fudge. Ohhhh it was sooo yummy. I gave a lot of it away at work though, so I don't have the whole plate to eat myself. Not that I didn't WANT to.

I've got to do some research on how to make quick, simple meals for my work lunch. Something that I could combine the night before and not have to cook at work, or something that I could combine and throw in the microwave for a few minutes. I wish work had a toaster oven. Maybe I'll buy one and take it there.
