Am I loosing weight too quickly? lost 1kg yesterday and still no physical activities... I am still happy with my progress but I am in for the long haul. I don't want to lose all this weight just to put it back on again within a few months. Seeing my doctor today to ask a few questions and to check in, as he wanted to see me every 2 weeks.
I am starting to notice the weight loss now. My clothes are feeling bigger on me and just yesterday I looked in the mirror and noticed I was looking smaller. I have so many people telling me everyday how proud they are of me and how well i am going and have to say all of that is a help.
