It's been a rough past few months. with the weather getting colder and business picking up i have found myself glued to my office chair and still eating my regular amount but not getting out of the house like i should. the weather is bone chilling cold and i'm trying to fix my work schedule so i can spend time on my new trampoline at least for 100 jumps a day to start.
