ok i entered a weigh in but didn't really have time for a journal, so here goes... seems that me struggling through the absolutely no change in my weight is finally paying off. instead of giving up i just kept it moving, b/c i knew that i was sticking to it and doing well, and my body was starting to show that i was progressing, but being the numbers girl i was starting to get frustrated at the lack of movement in the scale...

that being said, i'm totally stoked that i finally saw a drop!... i feel a million times better knowing that i'm doing what i need to be doing for the time being and that the stupid scale is cooperating.

oddly enough, i don't feel any smaller than i did yesterday, so i guess my gravitational weight is just starting to adjust.. i don't know.. i'm just trying to justify how i stayed the same weight for a few weeks... *shrug*... i just hope to lose 3.8 lbs by new years so that i can start 2012 with my new years resolution. if my scale continues to cooperate i just might be able to swing the almost 4 lbs... if not... no biggie... :)

You'll get there. We all stall out once in a while. I think it's our bodies adjusting. Good work on the weight loss and I hope you make it for New Year. If not, you'll make it shortly after. Hugs.
