My daughter. My first and only child lol. I love her so much. I'm getting fit not only for myself, but for her too. I read an article on www.helpguide.org. It was titled," The Mental Health Benefits of exercise." It stated that exercise can help anxiety, depression, and stress. WHICH ARE THINGS I SUFFER FROM, and I've noticed a huge difference since exercising. I recently I started going back to therapy to better myself and also help me with my confidence. Going to therapy, taking meds, and exercising has made a huge change on me. I've been seeing a huge difference already. I'm also trying to stay positive, and I've been memorizing motivational quotes to tell myself everyday. It really helps! Anyway, I can't wait to start the two hundred sit-ups challenge tomorrow. I'm feeling happy, and I'm feeling motivated. I have to get to my goal wait by the summer. It would just make me so happy.
