Today was the first day of my last semester. I wanted to start low carbing yesterday, but that didn't happen. I ate so much candy. Sugar is just the worst. I love it but i hate what it does to my body and mind. Even laying in bed last night, i could feel my heart beating ferociously because my body was so full of sugar! I hardly slept to say the least! My mind was cloudy and i attribute bad choices to sugar too!!

So, here's to everyone's first days; as it is my first day school for me and low carbing!

It's amazing how that sugar hits our pleasure receptors and just numbs us out. We'll forgo the ill after affects for that initial euphoric feeling. You'll get thin again Holly. :)
