I had four massages today so I didn't get to exercise. I would like to count the massages as exercise but I don't know how to track it. I have tracked all today long though and am feeling really good. Journaling everyday is making it easier for me to say how I'm feeling and even getting advice on how to track certain things. I love fatsecret!!!!!!
