i think the only people that successfully lose weight in phase two are people that have a significant amount of weight to lose. i often found myself in that same position :/ This time i have really stayed close to phase one rules...i don't eat pasta/bread/cereal/rice...any of that yet, just added in the odd piece of fruit. Its working for me, but as of yet i haven't really craved that other stuff...which is weird for me. anyhow, i'm sure you'll stumble on to what works for you :)
