Getting Motivated
Hi. My name is Trisha and as you probably can tell this will be a personal weight loss journal. I am hoping that with this I will hold myself accountable. I am tired of feeling sorry for myself and not getting anything done as to show progress. Hopefully this will become my motivation for a new healthier me.
At this moment in my life I am 21 years old. When I was 19, I BECAME PREGNANT. During my pregnancy I gained a lot of weight. Its been a year and some months and I haven't ridden myself of the weight. So its become an issue not only physically but also mentally.
Currently I weigh a grand total of 230 pounds. My goal is to get to 145,giving me a total weight loss goal of 85 pounds.
I have to wrap up now...my son is awake!
