I have been doing a little better. Yesterday I think I did really well with eating, though I ate a lot most of days before. I don't think I've really gained or lost any weight at this point. The .9lb gain I think is within normal daily weight fluctuations. Also, with starting to weight train again my normal calorie intake is probably keeping me at maintenance levels. If I can continue eating more like I did yesterday than I might be able to see more progress. So right now I am not really discouraged by this weigh in. (Also I weighed in with a robe on before breakfast. Granted the robe is not a whole pound heavy, it means that the actual variance is even smaller between the previous weigh in and today's weigh in.) I am somewhat happy that it seems as if I am curtailing the weight gain curve that I had been on for the past several months. Hopefully this may be a new beginning on the road to a healthier me.
