so i love chocolate and i ate a chocolate bar on Sunday after dinner and today after lunch, and i just had to indulge and have my chocolate fix lol........ but know i regret it because i just want to stay and be on track. reach my goals and eat healthy and with this wedsite and learn how to count my calories and the recipies are good tasty and fast to make i glad my nurse had to me about this site and very glad she did!!!!
