Well, I am losing the same weight over again. This sucks! I've even been able to implement my 2+ mile walks again. Hoping this will get me back on track. As long as the weather cooperates, I have always been faithful about doing the walks. It helps to have a dog that is always wanting to go.
Last night, Hirschl was barking in his crate. He usually only does that when he has to go out. I let him out. He came back in. I put him back in his crate and then the barking started again.
I got up and let him out a second time. He wouldn't leave the porch. I had to get my coat on and actually walk with him. He was afraid of the dark! While I was out there, I could hear a Barred Owl. Kind of neat. I love owls but very rarely see them.
We went back in and he slept in the bedroom the rest of the night.
I went grocery shopping and have meals planned through this weekend. I found fresh asparagus. That just feels like spring to me so I got some.
