I've been recording everything that I eat in my Food Diary, and my carb intake is always so high compared to my protein. I am now going to try and eat more eggs and chicken/turkey daily, but I don't want every day to be consumed by them.
Does anyone have any other suggestions to keep the carbs down and bring the protein up?
