I've been laying low the last couple of weeks. I haven't done any of my workouts since my back acted up two weeks ago. I can walk and move ok with the exception of bending over to put on my shoes, then I feel a lot of pressure and tinge pain in the lower back. Have been leery of doing a workout because of that--trying to let it rest. Today, I decided that I had to restart the workouts or give them up again because if I wait any longer it will be like I never did them in the first place! I did the full workout but the intensity was much lower and it was not as easy as it had become. But....I did it. My lower back is tender and quicky--It knows it did something. I'm expecting a good dose of DOMS tomorrow. I intend to go to the chiropractor tomorrow or Tuesday and see if he can finish putting me back together. Onward and downward!
