Today was rough, and I'm not going to weigh myself for a few days so I don't get discouraged either. We were sitting in a mexican restaurant and my daughter looks over at my plate and says, "Mom is that south beach friendly?" well... a shrimp quesidilla really wasn't! I thought veggies and shrimp... that's ok, but the other stuff really wasn't. Funny, that my daughter noticed, and she ordered a salad and she's only 10! She's caught on better then me! LOL. well, it's only one meal and tomorrow is another day- Full of Tae Bo, and maybe a trip to Hershey Park!(lots of walking there!)

I think I'm going to follow your lead on the no more weigh ins for a while. I gained weight and I thought I was doing well. So what was wrong with the quesidilla? Just the tortilla? I eat lots of tuna wraps but I think I'm not supposed to eat tortillas.

Whole wheat tortillas are ok, on phase II. Whenever I go mexican, i just order a taco salad with chicken or shredded beef. When it arrives I just eat the salad and leave the shell. If I'm feeling especially good that day, I snack on a handful of tortilla chips with salsa. The trick is to not dive into the chip basket when it arrives. Ruins your appitite anyway.
