Plateaued for a couple of months, realized I was eating good food, but too much of it. I'm a high volume eater so can't eat caloric dense foods, need to eat nutrient dense foods that are high volume. Salads, greens, berries, vegs, etc with few beans, nuts and seeds. Works great for me. Worry about summer, ice cream calls my name.
