i was sick yesterday missed work had no sleep blew up my bathroom all night! no walk. all tho if you count all my trips to the bathroom i might have racked up a mile. i did walk this morning then ran back to the bathroom. made it to work and i have ran to the bathroom 2x. I'm listening to my stomach gurgle now and were back from the 3rd trip i just my 3rd Imodium as well. well i slept last night that s the important thing I'll manage the rest

i feel big and bloated and like ive gained more weight than when i started i don't know if that's true or not but that's view of things it could be the lupus pretending to be ...something. it could be the chronic inflammation. it could actually be that i have gained more weight, i'm afraid to find out lol
