First ww weigh in today...I was a bit worried, but I followed the plan and showed a 3.2 lbs. loss! I was pretty excited about it and I can't wait for next week! I KNOW you don't keep losing 3 lbs a week, but I'll just take the 3.2 for now and run! HA!
