Pretty good day. Wish work had been busier but I don't have much control over that. One good thing is that I didn't munch on anything that I hadn't planned on having(which usually happens when it is quieter at work) ...ok maybe one thing..one section of Dark chocolate but I caught myself before it got out of hand. It felt like a reflex but before you know it I caught myself and said "What are you doing? Put the chocolate down" (of course I didn't say it out loud..although I am known to talk to myself at times (left over from my single days...LOL)). I have kept my calories for the day within my allotted amount, even a little bit under but the evening is young. All in all a very uneventful day.
