Stressed today...work related. I really need to focus on not eating that Special Dark Chocolate bar that someone brought into work. I tend to "nibble" when I am stressed. Need to let all my other co-workers eat it. Started a Challenge today, really looking forward to seeing how it goes. My big problem is I am good for 4-6 weeks and then I falter so I am hoping that by joining the challenge (10 weeks) it will keep me on track longer. I will need to make sure that I find another challenge to start immediately after this one is over.
