Naiomy Günlüğü, 04 Şub 12

Well after no food most of the day decided to not worry about my dinner last night... and it was worth it!... had some drinks (mmm diet coke and malibu), an ahi tuna burger, some sweet potato fries with honey mustard dip... and spinach artichoke dip... i knew i was super dehydrated from the sodium... but thank god this morning (although i didn't wanna weigh in but had to see the damage).. i was up 1.4 lbs.. very glad it wasn't worse and i just plan on hydrating and taking it easy today and stay on track.

only felt to journal all this so i knew why there was a little asterisk by my food journal for last night..lol..
