Ok, like many it was Super Bowl Sunday and I allowed myself to eat freely. Need to be careful not to allow myself too many cheat days or to make better choices to controll binging. For the first time I think I ate more calories than I burned but I was unable to enter accurate food intake data.
I will need to make sure this is a good week of dicipline. More time spent exercising to make up for a week where I was too casual with my intake. I did not see a drop in weight but it has not been a full week yet since my last weigh in. I will say I have noticed my workouts are more productive and I feel I have more stamina in my routines. Recovery is faster and although I have not taken measurements I am noticing my clothes are fitting better and I can see some improvement in some of my problem areas. I know I can't get too caught up with weight loss but my goal is one which I believe is realistic and I have quite a bit to go before I get there. Just need to remember that unlike the biggest looser where they are on very strict programs I need to be patient and if I stick to my plan the pounds will come off.
