I stopped juice cleansing because some friends wanted to go out drinking, I think it made me drunker faster. I should had only had one drink. Perhaps juicing was more difficult this time because I read that juice fasting is not recommmended in severe temperatures because it wears. on the immune system. So I plan on going on a clean maintenance diet avoiding alcohol, more fruits and vegetables, and less meat. Then I can attempt the juicing again in the spring like May.
