If you hadn't noticed, I didn't follow the nutritarian diet to the letter, but I still lost weight. It could be because I spent 45 minutes in back and biceps circut followed by 30 minutes of HIIT keeping my heart rate between 130-150. It made me sweat, and I felt burnt afterwards, but then caught a second wind and stayed up long enough to eat dinner and clean the kitchen. I feel even more energized after sleeping only 4 hours this morning, perhaps it's because I'm almost over my sinus infection. I better not over extend myself.

Not only do I need to follow this diet, but I'm going to make it my goal to workout after work as well. I never feel like working out after a 12 hour shift, in fact I'm always hungry after work, which is partly to blame for my weight gain over the years.

I'm going to a group meeting this evening, I'm thinking I should bring something I can eat in case there is going to be tempting food there.
