I see a lot of people losing a pound a week on average while on the medifast diet, but what do you eat after you reach your goal weight to keep from gaining the weight back? And how much money are you spending on meal replacements? I'm not spending anymore money on the nutritarian diet, perhaps less now that I've almost entirely cut out processed food and animal products. I also know that I'll keep the weight of as long as I follow the diet. I'm not criticizing medifast. I'm sincerely curius of your end results, so please feel free to respond.
