Just when I thought I was leveling off I've had a great week. I'm so close to breaking 200 and very motivated to keep it going. I almost missed my workout yesterday. We had a huge snow storm in DFW and I forgot my exercise clothes. The trainer was willing to come to work and train anyone who was willing. The class normally as 20+ but yesterday only 5 showed up. I was one of them. I went back home and got my clothes. I was obsessed about getting my workout in and I'm glad I did. I continue to eat well and will be so excited when I can make it through an entire workout. I can feel myself getting stronger but still have a long way to go. The exercises are very challenging but I do what I can. Instead of getting frustrated about my lack of strength and stamina I just do the best I can. The results are going to be there. Need to set a goal soon to run a 5K or something.
