Hi Peeps

Day 2 of the 16-8 diet plan, really not feeling that hungry so far, the time scale that l choose to eat my meals in will be between the hours of 11am till 7pm this really fits in with my Hubby's eating clock.....yesterday's calorific count was only 872 cals very low for me but because we were out and about in the car all day there was not any time to prepare a good nutritional lunch but today will be very different for me, as I said before the daily intake that I want to achieve will be between 1200-1400 cals .....BFN MM xxx
