icemom Günlüğü, 03 Ara 07

Lost 3 pounds last week. Didn't exactly stay true to the diet, but kept calories down. Getting the flu at the end of the week really threw things off, didn't eat some meals, ate too much on others. Never went over 1300 calories in one day though. Feeling a little better today, hope this week goes well..

Uck, I hate not feeling well. I've had a couple of 1 day flu symptoms this year, but luckily haven't caught anything major. I feel for you though, hope you feel better!

Thanks for the support, I am feeling a lot better tonight, so I must finally be on the road to recovery. I too hate the flu season, I think I get sick at least once a year. We've been having very wet weather here in Oregon the past few days, but it is warmer and a little drier today. This should help.
