I've had my hip replacement :-) Dunno what my weight is yet as I haven't managed the scales. Also I dunno if the replacement weighs more or less than the original. No matter. Anyway, it all went ok and I'm home again. Food in hospital was almost all carbs :-( Ridiculous - what's the point of giving potatoes to someone lying in bed all day? I had a difficult time trying to stay ULC and I have no doubt that I have to reorient now. So I am - first thing I had when I got home was a protein shake :-) That's it for now, I'll be back after I've managed to weigh myself.
