I'm trying a new strategy today... I do stay up late so I tend to save calories for night time, even though I know you're technically not supposed to eat at night... so I'm going to try to stick to that, and not eat so much after 9-10pm. I usually go to sleep about 1-2am, sometimes 12am, so I'm going to give myself 3 hours of no eating before I go to sleep. Hopefully I can start to change around my meal plans and add calories to meals to make them filling, or snack more through the daytime, and change my eating habits. :)
