Another pound gone overnight. We spent yesterday framing walls in our basement, and I didn't get all my calories in for the day, so I think both of those factors helped things along.
Are there any forums or groups that are active here? I don't see a lot happening in those. I would not fit in low-carb/keto. I'd really like to get more connected to people here.
