I really hate when I type a long post and then lose it. >:( Anyway, starting another 10-day cleanse today. Overindulged during the holidays--more so with sodium than sweets. I'm overdue for a cleanse so now's a good time to do it. I walked a half mile at the gym this evening before I got a bad leg cramp. Gonna exercise at home this evening. Have decided to move the wii fit out of my son's room and back into my room so that I can get back to my daily exercise. That really helped in 2012 when I lost 40 pounds. Got some goals to get myself back on track: 1. Stay below 1500 cals/day 2. Stay below 70 net carbs/day 3. Drink 100oz - 1gal water/day 4. Exercise daily 5. Go walking 3 days/week 6. Walk 10,000 steps/day
