Im doing my feast or famine diet. basically trying to alternate between 500 cal and 1200 cal days. But its OK if i go over a little on the 1200 days cause of parents or something. I failed yesterday though :(

im hoping to hit 98 lbs by a beach trip in mid august.

Same problem here with parents... Now I actually have switched my diet from 800 cal to 1200 but I have lower days or sometimes higher when I cheat, And I haven't gained any weight! Its the same as when I ate 700-800 even though I kinda suffered on some days.. How old are you btw? And your height if you don't mind?
