Day 2 of 6 day challenge. Successful to the core.
Day 1: 5 almonds - breakfast, 3 eggs lunch, 1 egg morning snack, 200ml of fresh lime juice as evening snack and 4 eggs for dinner.
Day 2: 6 almonds and kiwi banana (4 inch) spinach smoothie for breakfast, 1 egg as morning snack, 3 eggs lunch, 200 ml Fresh lime juice as evening snack and 4 eggs for dinner.
Mistake was the smoothie which was purely accidental with fault on my side. hmm. tomorrow no smoothie. need to be careful.
with all these, 23 pushups (8,8,5), 20 squats (no weight) and 2 kms walking (3kms/hour) and about 600 stairs (291x2) climbing.
as of today weighing scale shows 85.5 which needs little calibration
