you are on the right track! the 1st thing you have to do is not beat yourself up. I have done all those things before and it doesn't help-i would just eat more. Kudos for realizing that it is going to take more than one day to lose the weight! Give yourself a pat on the back for choosing better choices on your "off track" days. And remember, you are NEVER alone. We have all been there at one time or another.(I still am) I am still fighting "demons" as I call them with my inner self :) Good luck to you and stay on the positive track!!
