3 Egg Omelette with a cheese slice snuggled between the omelette as lunch
1 Lime juice at 17:00 hrs

Mayonnaise, jalapeno cheese with two omelette as dinner
around 3.5 ltr of water
28 Pushups and 291x3 stairs climbing
Yes Another two days of High fat high protein low carb diet and sunday going to be a fasting day (20 hours during day and 1 hour eating time with whatever i want to and sleep) before changing the diet to High carb moderate protein and low fat diet.
