Very tired tonight. We made a lot of progress in the basement, but it's wearing us out! I stayed on plan with my food and came in at 85% of RDI for the day. Hoping for a loss in the morning, but we'll see.

During our lunch break we talked about this week's menu, and tonight I made low fat tostada shells - they are simply corn tortillas that I put in the oven to crisp. Just one gram of fat for two of them. I'll be having some for lunch tomorrow, and some later in the week for supper. Last time I made them they curled quite a bit. This time, I put metal racks over the tortillas before I put them in the oven, so they are nice and flat. They are nicely browned, and will have a good toasted flavor.

Hubs was kind enough to cook extra chicken breast on the grill tonight, so I'm making some lunches ahead to make this week a little easier. He picked up a nice assortment of fruits and vegetables this week too, so meals should be easy to put together.

Right now, though, I'm off to soak my sore muscles and head for bed. Good night!
