Fasting day was wonderful - made up for bad day before and feel much better today - had psyllum husks in morning, broth in afternoon and fiber one with activia in the evening with water, water, water and some hot tea. It helped that my kids had a lot of homework and I kept them company and did some reading and some knitting and jogged in place for my exercise so I didn't feel too wiped out. May do this regularly if I need the extra boost - my guilt was a definite motivator!
