Still July 20, I recorded what I ate at bedtime,after the fact. I ate too many calories, though the proportions were right. We'll see how that works out. Boy, vegetables, lettuce has sooo many carbs! I'd rather not be counting/recording, but it's very educational.

Right?! Who knew salad veggies could add so many carbs and so little fiber?! Tracking is revealing so many misconceptions I had about nutrition. I'm finally getting net carbs low, but I really hate rationing things like cucumbers.
