I have lost 1 pound since my last weigh-in back in November. Not impressive...thankfully still a lost. I have rejoined Weight Watchers to kind of refuel my focus. I have goals this week of tacking my meals/snacks, consuming little to no bread, rice or pasta and having minimal to no extra sugar or sugary sweets and cut back on high fat items. I will stop when I am comfortably satisfied.
