RECORDING A GAIN..goood saturday morning...recording a gain..even though my weight hasnt gone up..hard to do knowing the chart isnt telling the whole story..just as the scales dont always tell the whole story..the upswing is muscle gain from riding my road bike..hated to post it..knowing that posting it made it look like i was cheating on myself or i had stopped being faithfull to my plan...none of that being farther from the truth..clothes fit just fine or even baggier..just a matter of muscle weighing more the flab..even though i still have weight to get off..i feel more like im in maintance..rather then still striving to get the weight off..since the scales no longer release the amount of weight it once did..all i can do is just stick with my keto lifestyle..knowing that less carbs..and fasting is what works for me..my carb intake has increased..but i only eat the extra carbs when im on a ride..once i get home and start refueling..i sometimes eat carbs after a ride..knowing im gonna burn em off within a short period of time if not as soon as my body digest them...

neighbor acrost the street came over yesterday afternoon..we chatted for several minutes..subject finally got around to weight..couple of years ago she had lost so much only to put it back on..she wants to be more active an get it off..but her husband doesnt care..an i told her it was gonna be harder if he wasnt on board as well..but that if she wanted to anything is possible..tried to encourage her so that mabye if he seen her releasing weight then he might decide it would be a healthy thing to do for himself..an for his wife..an his kids...time will tell on that matter...

got time to kill before i get ready to head out on a bike ride...so far this week i have 132.8 in miles..been racking em up this week..shooting for 200...unbelieveable how many miles ive gotten this week..but been trying to increase my mileage..instead of 4000 by dec 31..im shooting for more..my challenge to myself once again..push for more..do better..keep setting a goal to hit..all the above..

chicken is in crock pot..today is prep day once again..an also make out the walmart list..get it ready for in the mornings run to walmart..not a long list for a change..just a few things to get me thru the week of sticking to whats working for me...

well time is ticking by..need to get up an check air in tires..get ready for a morning ride..hoping to get another 30 plus in this morning..hopefully more..lol..just wont know till i get on the road an start peddling...

ALRIGHT...glad to hear you got your pump an tires..i run 100 psi in tubes..just got back from a 30.6 mile ride..was a windy one..wind outta north at 8...had alittle bite to it this morning..wore long sleeves..but knees thought bib shorts wasnt enough..home to cover knees up now...
